The Virtual Assistance League (VAL) was founded by two veteran virtual assistants, Candy Beauchamp and Lanel Taylor, in 2011.
There is more than a little truth to the cliche that it’s “who you know, not what you know.” Lanel and Candy saw a need for a place for VAs to come together to build relationships within their industry. VAL was envisioned as a place where VAs can supplement the what they know with some who – in a fun, casual atmosphere.
