productivity improvement techniques and customer relationship management.
Nora is fluent on both the Mac and PC platforms. A Master Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager, Nora is IVAA EthicsCheck certified. An expert coach, mentor and trainer, Nora is a frequently requested speaker on the topics of virtual assistance and small business technology. Nora is a past member of the board of directors for the International Virtual Assistants Association, is a Cincinnati Enquirer Advisory Panelist, a member of the
